2019 Festival

The fourth annual InLight Human Rights Documentary Film Festival will feature a series of 5 screenings at IU Cinema accompanied by Q+A’s, roundtables, and masterclasses intended to foster dialogue between documentary filmmakers and members of the IU community who share common areas of interest and expertise. Documentary films have long been used as effective teaching aids and tools for facilitating public debate on contemporary socio-political issues. ILFF seeks to continue this tradition by creating a context here in Bloomington where undergraduate students can find inspiration in this important work and all members of the IU community can have the opportunity to make worthwhile connections.
